Furthermore, even after the warranty period has expired, if the product purchased from us does not meet your expectations during its useful life, we guarantee to repair or replace it at a minimal cost.

FREE Return & FULL Refund Warranty 

-  We advise that if your tent has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipment, to take pictures of the packaging and the damage and contact us on info@thedookan.kr so we are able to confirm the defect or damage and resolve the issue immediately.

-  If it is found to be defective after inspection, we will offer free returns, exchanges or full refunds (at our discretion), and we will credit the shipping cost upon receipt of the amount indicated.

-  Service under this warranty is provided by returning the product to the place of purchase: in the US/Canada, you can return to the LA warehouse. For other areas, please return it directly to the head office in Korea through EMS even if it is cumbersome.

*Note: Be sure to obtain an approval number for returns, exchanges and refunds before returning them.

-  All products are warranted for personal use, not for commercial use, and can be guaranteed by the original purchaser.

-  Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or accident, storm, wind damage, mildew, negligence, UV degradation and fair wear and tear.

-  Unfortunately, if you are not satisfied with the product you received, please return it within 30 days with proof of purchase. Full refund excluding shipping cost and 5% transaction fees will be given after product inspection. Therefore, we recommend you to consider carefully when you purchase the product.

* Note: It is very important that the product is in perfect re-saleable condition (including all packaging and tags) upon return.
