Shipping options
We offer worldwide shipping, and all international orders incur shipping fees.
Note: We charges customers the exact Freight (FOB) or EMS Premium shipping cost based on the size and weight of the product and the distance (from Korea).
Note: Please ensure you provide a mobile number when ordering your Tent.
If no number is provided, this may result in a missed delivery and delay.

Note: we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control.
What happen if my order delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
Note: Delay could occur due to weather, pandemic, port congestion and etc.
Damages
Please inspect the condition of the packaging as soon as the product arrives. If you notice any damage of the products inside the packaging, you are required to immediately take photos and send them to info@thedookan.kr. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by communicating with the shipping company.
